This Cookie Policy explains how Steinn AI Labs Limited ( "Steinn AI", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, uses cookies and similar technologies on magpie.so and the Magpie platform (the "Services"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
This page is maintained by Steinn AI Labs Limited as a plain-language description of the cookies we set. It is not legal advice.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide information to the site’s owner. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, and tags — this Policy refers to all of them collectively as "cookies".
Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a service we use). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).

a. Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the Services to work. They enable core functionality such as security, session management, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preferences. They cannot be turned off.

b. Functional
Functional cookies remember choices you make (such as theme or language) to provide a more personalised experience. Currently we do not set third-party functional cookies; we may add them in the future and will update this Policy accordingly.
c. Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Services so we can improve them. They only load if you accept analytics cookies.

d. Marketing

4. Third-party providers
Where a cookie is set by a third party, that provider is an independent controller of the data collected through the cookie and its own privacy policy applies. Please review their notices for full details:

5. International transfers
Some of our cookie providers are located outside the DIFC or your country of residence, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where personal data collected through cookies is transferred internationally, we and our providers rely on transfer mechanisms permitted under the DIFC Data Protection Law and other applicable laws, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
